The way we communicate about the climate crisis and the way our actions impact our environment as well as the lives of others is crucial when it comes to solving the issue.
The theoretical part of the research project “ClimateCrisis Communication” explores how the crisis is communicated in mainstream media, which communication strategies may work well in which context and stresses the overall importance of communicating the climate crisis in a relatable and understandable way.

Wenn es darum geht einen Weg aus der Klimakrise heraus zu finden, kommt man nicht daran vorbei, sich mit der Art und Weise auseinanderzusetzen wie wir über die Klimakrise sprechen und uns bewusst zu werden, wie unser Handeln unsere Umwelt und die Lebensqualität anderer beeinflusst.
Im theoretischen Teil des Forschungsprojekts „Kommunikation der Klimakrise“ wird untersucht wie die Krise in den Mainstream-Medien kommuniziert wird, welche Kommunikationsstrategien in welchem Kontext funktionieren können und es wird betont, wie wichtig es ist, dass wir alle bewusst und nahbar über die Klimakris kommunizieren.
